Jen Dreher

This is Jen's first season with Cincinnati Volleyball Academy. After she graduated college, Jen went into coaching. She coached high school volleyball at Marion Catholic High School for 4 years. In that time, she ran summer volleyball camps at the YMCA. Jen also coached 7th and 8th at Taft Middle School for 3 years. She then decided to focus on building a family and her career. When she moved to Cincinnati, Jen started coaching LSO in the fall and the spring once her daughter was in 3rd grade, and she has coached there for the last 4 seasons. She also coaches 2 AAU basketballs teams for Lakota and 2 tams for Upward. For the last 2 years, she's run basketball summer camps for Upward. Her biggest passion in life is being a mentor to kids and having some kind of positive impact on their lives. I

Jen started playing volleyball when she was in the 3rd grade. She fell in love with the sport the day she picked up the ball. As a Sophomore, Jen started Varsity at Marion Harding High School. She received Player of the Month in the City of Marion for 3 months and Honorable Mention for 2 months. She also played club at COVC throughout high school. Jen went on to play at the college level, and she continued to play at the adult level at Setters, Diggs, GrandSands, Back porch, Sports Express. 

Outside of the sports world, Jen is an advanced practice nurse at the Veteran's Affair Healthcare in the Tele-ICU at the Cincinnati Federal Building. She has 6 kids, and her oldest daughter plays volleyball. Her younger 2 daughters are waiting to play volleyball once they are old enough!
