Here at Explosion Fitness Solutions, we pride ourselves on our ability to offer a variety of training programs to fit a variety of clients. We provide an open Bootcamp program, an open Athlete Sports Performance Program, and Private Training among a couple other specialties. We are confident there is something for everyone at Explosion Fitness Solutions.
Athlete Sports Performance Training is designed to help our athletes gain an edge on their playing field. Explosion Fitness Solutions pairs Strength and Speed/Agility together to create a powerhouse program for our student athletes. With a focus on proper movement patterns, strength, flexibility, mobility, core, balance, power, speed and injury prevention, our athletes are building an advantage over their opponents.
Explosion Fitness Solutions Bootcamp Classes are a great open group training that hits all the elements of proper training. Incorporating cardio, strength, flexibility, endurance, power and balance into every class, Explosion Fitness Solutions designs Bootcamps to help individuals attain Peak Human Performance. The general structure of a Bootcamp is geared to adults of all ages. It is good for people who want to lose weight, gain strength, improve cardiovascular health, generally improve their health and wellness and age gracefully.
Explosion Fitness Solutions offers a very catered and personalized training experience. By working one-on-one with an Explosion Fitness Solutions Trainer, your workouts can be customized to your level of health and fitness, goals, and physical abilities. The first session will be comprised of a physical assessment and goal orientation. From there, your trainer will build a customized training periodization designed to help you achieve your goals.
Personal Training is ideal for individuals who have physical limitations (i.e. herniated disc, rotator cuff injury, lack of knee cartilage, cardiovascular distress, etc). The customizable programs are also terrific for individuals who need the extra time and attention to ensure proper movements before moving to a group of class settings.
Small Group Training is a great compromise of the Bootcamp Classes and a Personal Training Session. Your workouts are customized to your abilities and personal goals like Personal Training, but they are completed in a group setting. Each individual in the group setting is not necessarily doing the same workout, merely working out at the same time. The Small Group Training is designed for the individual who enjoys working out with other people, but needs a program specific to their individual abilities and goals.
Small Group Training is only scheduled when an existing group trains, or when a group of people schedule a session. Exceptions can be made based on personal conversations with an Explosion Fitness Solutions Staff Member.
Specialty Training is just that, special. Explosion Fitness Solutions’ Trainers are educated and capable of handling even some of the toughest cases when it comes to clients with extra needs. Explosion Fitness Solutions has a history of helping out some of the most difficult cases in the area such as people with Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, severe Diabetes, Huntington’s Disease, Pregnancy, Handicapable, and even you Silver Sneaker folks.
